Irrigation
At DOUBLE EAGLE, we recognize sometimes mistakes are made. Damages such as broken sprinkler heads and pipe ruptures may be attributed to the fault of one our landscapers driving over a sprinkler head or by inadvertently rupturing a pipe while installing new foliage. As such DOUBLE EAGLE requires all of its Head Landscapers to be Licensed Irrigators (LI) or Irrigation Technicians (IT). In every landscaping contract we build in 4 hours per week to address any minor issues that may arise and charge no markup on products used for minor repairs. We consider your irrigation system as being part of our maintenance contract. We do so to avoid any unaccounted for expenses that you may have experienced with other vendors.
Our Licensed Irrigators use cutting-edge water management technology to improve irrigation efficiency, enhancing plant health and aesthetics while lowering costs. Integrated Pest Management
At DOUBLE EAGLE, we protect your community by ensuring we follow a IPM approach to your greenspaces. We do our best to limit the used of pesticides and herbicides on your grounds because these chemicals can sometimes be dangerous and often times are only used because they are the most economical method for pest avoidance or eradication. We strive to use as many biological and cultural controls we can to keep your grounds safe and beautiful.
We train all of Head Landscapers to be proactive in monitoring and treating any issues they see during their weeklong service of your property. Identifying and remediating issues as they arise rather than relying on a one time broadcast application of a chemical control agent. Our proactive and often times labor intensive approach ensures that your communities grounds will be safe for years to come.
All applications of Pesticides / Herbicides are done so by DOUBLE EAGLES licensed commercial applicator. Prior notices will be given to all residents prior to the application of ANY chemical pest control agent
Soil Remediation
At DOUBLE EAGLE, we ensure the ground beneath your feet will be better tomorrow than it is today. Due to their cost and easy application synthetic fertilizers are often times the only fertilization option offered by most landscaping companies. Here we believe in building better soils, ensuring your grounds will support vigorous and exceptional plant health even in drought strenuous seasons.
While we do use synthetic fertilizers we do so to correct imbalances seen in your biannual soil test. N-P-K levels are adjusted to the correct amounts as required by your specific plant species and micronutrients are applied. Our focus is improving your soils health, the addition of organic material using a variety of products spurs the growth of beneficial invertebrates and microbes, helping to aerate and building rich Humus which is essential in supporting plant growth. In addition this natural aeration and Humus development helps to retain more moisture in the soil allowing your plants to weather periods of high heat and drought better than those using just synthetic fertilizations. All of our contracts budget approximately $1,000 per acre in synthetic and organic material fertilizers.

In addition we run weekly scavenger hunts with prizes ranging from gift cards to full service home visits to get your community out of their houses and interacting with one another while enjoying the beautiful grounds they call home.
